A. Yes. We provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for the technician to arrive at your home. We understand how important our customer’s time is so do our best to ensure we arrive during the early part of the timeframe. That said, if an earlier appointment or repair takes much longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows our repairman some time to be able to arrive on time during the service window. We call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
